These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ListingDex. By creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. If you are using ListingDex on behalf of a brokerage or team, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Service Description
ListingDex turns real estate listings into short-form video reels, thumbnails, captions and hashtags. You submit a listing URL and/or media assets and our editors deliver ready-to-post content, typically within 24 hours.
Account Responsibilities
- Keep your credentials confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- Keep your brokerage and billing information accurate and up to date.
Order Submission
When you place an order you may paste a listing URL, upload property photos or videos, and provide brand assets and notes for the editor. You confirm that you have the rights to submit each listing, media file and brand element.
Delivery Process
Orders move through Received → Asset Review → Editing → Quality Check → Rendering → Uploading → Delivered (and may be marked Completed). Target turnaround is 24 hours from the moment we have everything needed to start; complex orders or missing assets may extend this. Delivered files are available on the Downloads page for the retention period described in our Privacy Policy.
Revision Policy
You can request a revision from the order page. Revisions should be scoped to the delivered concept — brand-new directions may be billed as a new order.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate listing information and lawful media.
- Comply with MLS, IDX, brokerage and Fair Housing rules in your jurisdiction.
- Do not submit content that infringes third-party rights or contains prohibited material.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the listings, media and brand assets you provide. On full payment, ListingDex assigns to you the right to use the delivered edits on your marketing channels. ListingDex retains ownership of its underlying tools, templates and platform.
Payments
ListingDex is designed around prepaid credit packages. Online checkout is not live yet. Credits are currently added to accounts manually by our team. Planned package prices and inclusions are shown on the Pricing and Billing pages for reference.
When self-serve checkout launches, fees, plan inclusions and applicable taxes will be shown at checkout and payments will be processed by third-party providers under their own terms.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
When online purchasing is available, refund requests for unused credit packages will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Orders that have entered the editing process are generally non-refundable. Detailed terms are available in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListingDex is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, submit unlawful content, or abuse the platform. You may close your account at any time from Settings.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ListingDex is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
