Overview
ListingDex provides digital creative services and prepaid credits for real estate video editing. Because our services are digital and involve immediate initiation of creative work, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations.
Online checkout is not live yet. Credits are currently added to accounts manually by our team. The refund terms below describe our intended policy for when self-serve purchasing is available, and how we handle credit balance questions in the meantime.
Current Pricing Model
ListingDex operates on a prepaid credit model. The package prices below reflect our planned credit packages. Until online checkout launches, credits are granted manually — not purchased through this website.
- Starter: $79 for 3 credits
- Professional: $199 for 10 credits
- Business: $399 for 30 credits
These are one-time purchases and do not constitute a recurring subscription.
Credits and Credit Usage
Credits purchased stay in your account forever and do not expire. They are consumed when you place an order for video editing services:
- 1.0 Credit: One property video in a single aspect ratio (either 9:16 or 16:9).
- 1.5 Credits: One property video edited in both 9:16 and 16:9 aspect ratios.
All deliverables for an aspect ratio (including thumbnails, captions, and hashtags) are included in the credit cost.
Refund Eligibility
We aim to be fair and transparent with our customers. If you need assistance with your credit balance, please contact our support team. When online purchasing is available, the following refund principles will apply.
Unused Credits
Once self-serve checkout is live, refund requests for entirely unused credit packages will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Eligibility will depend on the circumstances of the purchase, the time elapsed since the transaction, and applicable consumer protection laws.
Used / Partially Used Credits
Once a credit has been applied to an order and work has been initiated or completed, that credit is generally not eligible for a refund. This is because the creative service has already been performed or costs have been incurred to start the editing process.
Order and Service Issues
If there is a technical issue with your order or you are dissatisfied with the quality of the delivered work, please contact us promptly.
- Revisions: You can request revisions from the order page if the delivered work does not meet your expectations.
- Service Errors: If we fail to deliver a service due to an error on our part, we will prioritize correcting the issue or may, at our discretion, credit the used amount back to your account.
Cancellation
ListingDex does not offer recurring monthly subscriptions, so there is no subscription to cancel. Because online checkout is not live yet, you will not be charged automatically for future credits. Credits in your account remain until you use them.
When self-serve purchasing launches, you will buy credits as and when you need them — there will still be no recurring subscription.
How to Request Help
For questions about your credit balance or a manually granted credit package:
- Email support@listingdex.com.
- Include the email address associated with your ListingDex account.
- Describe the issue or adjustment you need.
When online checkout is available, refund requests for card or wallet payments should include the transaction ID related to the purchase. Our team will review and respond as quickly as possible.
Refund Processing
This section applies once self-serve online purchasing is available. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase. It may take several business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
