This Privacy Policy describes how ListingDex ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and shares information about you when you use our website and services to turn real estate listings into short-form video content.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated as you use the service, and information from trusted third parties (such as payment processors and authentication providers).
Account Information
- Name, email address and password hash used to sign in.
- Brokerage name, agent headshot, company logo, brand colors and fonts you save to your profile.
- Profile preferences such as default notes for editors and notification settings.
Orders & Uploaded Files
- Listing URLs you paste from Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin and MLS providers.
- Property photos, videos and floor plans you upload for editing.
- Order details you provide: property address, style preferences, revision notes and messages exchanged with our editors.
- Delivered assets (reels, thumbnails, captions, hashtags) generated on your behalf.
Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We receive limited transaction data such as the last four digits of your card, billing country and the outcome of the transaction. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Cookies & Analytics
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure, preference cookies to remember your settings, and privacy-friendly analytics to understand which features realtors actually use. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.
Third-Party Services
- Hosting & storage for the app, database and uploaded media.
- Authentication providers used for sign-in (including Google).
- Email delivery for transactional messages such as order updates.
- Payment processors for billing.
Each subprocessor is bound by a data processing agreement and only receives the data needed to perform its function.
Data Retention
Order files and deliverables are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so you can re-download past work. You can request deletion of specific orders or your entire account at any time.
Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, strict role-based access controls and continuous monitoring. Editor access to your files is scoped to the order in progress. No system is perfectly secure — please report suspected vulnerabilities to security@listingdex.com.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us at privacy@listingdex.com and we will respond within the timelines required by law.
